This 3D scanning and analysis robot was developed for planning facial aesthetic surgeries, hair transplants, and facial reconstruction operations. The robot, developed for Doku Studio, creates a highly accurate 3D digital model of the head area, significantly improving the efficiency of operation planning for doctors and operators. Generating data for operations, creating treatment plans, and visualizing planned changes through pre-treatment simulations are made possible with Doku STUDIO. In addition to the 3D digital model, the robot also creates photographic visualizations, allowing the tracking of features such as facial contours, skin tone, hair, and skin texture. The creative team at Arman Design, starting with concept development, supported every stage of the project and brought to life this pioneering medical robot in its field.







Doku STUDIO Medical Analysis Robot
Within Arman Design, a working model and related structural suggestions for the Doku STUDIO Medical Analysis Robot were developed, along with usage scenarios, technology, and method selections for the system. Industrial design studies and alternatives were developed in line with the product plan. Design engineering works, mechatronic solutions were created, and prototype production processes were managed. Support was provided in user experience and testing, and structural optimizations were carried out.
