The customer welcome kiosk, which we designed and engineered for Akbank, aims to increase customer interaction and make it easier for them to navigate within the bank branches. This self-service kiosk allows users to choose their desired transactions and guides their movement throughout the branch. Positioned vertically, the screen is ergonomically designed, creating a customer assistant effect. The dynamic images displayed on the screen provide a welcoming experience.

During the design process, Akbank’s creative team focused on reflecting the bank’s new generation services and innovative approach. The kiosk features a simple geometric language and is seamlessly integrated behind a smooth glass surface, creating an inviting presence. The award-winning interface design, developed by the “Akbank Staff Design Studio Team”, ensures an excellent customer experience that aligns harmoniously with the kiosk’s sleek exterior design.
